    Anna Haugh has trained and worked as a professional chef for 20 years.

    In May 2019, she founded Myrtle Restaurant in Chelsea, London. Myrtle Restaurant focuses on fantastic Irish recipes, produce and talent.

    Anna has appeared on numerous TV shows for the BBC, including being the guest chef on the latest series of Masterchef: The Professionals. She’s also appeared on Saturday Kitchen and Morning Live.

    She has previously worked for great chefs such as Philip Howard, Derry Clarke, Gordon Ramsay and Gualtiero Marchesi.
