Roz started as a model, but her career took off once she quit and created her popular food blog “Natural Born Feeder”. Her love of cooking and good, healthy cuisine inspired others to value and enjoy food as fuel and pleasure. Roz started posting health, self-compassion, and hiking videos as her social media following increased with her delicious dishes.

The popularity of Roz's hiking content shows a need for more educational, accessible outdoor exploration guides in Ireland. That understanding has helped her revive mountain walking for a new generation of Irish people. In her non-profit Hike Life walking group, Roz works with guides to show Irish people the beauty of their country's natural scenery.
